Can I use a custom subdomain?

Yes, custom subdomains such as yourcompany.myappfeedback.com are available on the Standard and Pro plans. The Basic plan does not support subdomains.

What are email notifications?

Email notifications automatically keep users informed whenever the status of a feedback item changes, such as moving from planned to in-progress or completed. They ensure that feedback creators, commenters, and voters are always updated on relevant changes without needing to check the portal manually. This feature helps maintain engagement and transparency in the feedback process.

Who receives email notifications?

Email notifications are sent to the feedback creator, any users who have commented on the feedback, and users who voted for it. This ensures that everyone involved in a discussion or decision about a feedback item stays informed about its progress or resolution, enhancing communication and collaboration across your team and user community.

How does billing work?

Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. The Basic plan is completely free and does not require any payment details.

What happens if my subscription expires?

If your subscription expires, your organization is moved to the Basic plan and paid features such as subdomains are disabled automatically.
